Supreme Petrochem: Great post-COVID performance – 16 Aug 2021

For Q1FY22, Supreme Petrochem’s (SPL) revenue increased by a whopping 258.5% YoY to Rs 1047.80 crore mainly on account of low base and because plant operations returning to normalcy as compared to a Covid hit last year

EBITDA has grown manifold, from a negative Rs 3.20 crore in Q1FY21 to Rs 197.4 crore in Q1FY22, however sequentially EBITDA saw a decline of 37.6%

EBITDA margin expanded by 1993 bps YoY to 18.8% on a negative base of last year

Net Profit stood at Rs 146.30 crore against a loss of Rs 11.9 crore in the corresponding quarter of last year
