Adani Gas Ltd, AGP City Gas Pvt Ltd, Think Gas Distribution, Torrent Gas and Unison Enviro are all facing penalties for non-fulfillment of minimum work programmes in their city gas distribution projects

These companies are claiming that COVID-19 came in the way but then the issue seems to be more complicated than that

While COVID extensions are for a limited timeframe, some of these companies have slippages which can go well beyond that period
