ONGC's AHTS requirement: L-1 bidder quotes way lower than L-2 – 4 Aug 2021

It looks like Great Eastern Shipping has dragged down the L-1 rate for 80-tonne Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS)

They were L-1 by a long distance from the L-2 and other rates

So what ONGC will do now is to ask the others to match the L- rate

Incidentally, against the requirement of 8 vessels, only seven were shortlisted
