The state government seems to be developing an unsolicited interest in Oil India Ltd.
It had already been forced to loan Rs 1687 crore by the state government for raising the latter's stake in NRL with no timeline on when the money will be paid
Now the aggressive Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma wants more
