Grangemouth in great shape to receive ethane gas from United States – 30 Mar 2016

After a long gap of 8 years, petrochemical plant at Grangemouth is all set to recapitulate its closed “KG ethylene cracker” unit.
The manufacturing unit now awaits the delivery of ethane from United States which will then set the production in full throttle.
To receive enormous volumes of ethane from US, Grangemouth is coming up with the biggest shale gas storage tank in Europe.
