Soft EVA price trend prevails in India on weak demand – 9 Oct 2014

EVA prices in Indian markets are exhibiting a softening trend as demand is in a slow-down mode. Currently, EVA is sold in the country's markets at around Rs 132 a kg, while, the price last month was at Rs 134 a kg. Demand for the material has been poor due to inactive footwear industry. The demand is, however, expected to revive by November 2014.

Reliance Industries Limited rolled over its ex-work EVA price during the last price revision.

Crude Oil prices are also declining internationally. The latest Brent Crude price was reported at $92 a barrel.
