ONGC's offshore projects: Realistically, how many will see fruition this fiscal year? – 22 Jul 2021

ONGC promised that RFQs will come out for as many as four offshore projects before the current financial year is out.

The projects promised are

Daman upside development project with 4 wellhead platforms and 1 process platform

The 5th phase of the NBP field development project

Cluster 9 marginal field development project

Ratna process platform project (bridge connected to existing R-12 A platform)

But industry watchers are cynical about how many of them will actually hit the ground. After speaking to a cross-section of people, the website has arrived at a new shortlist
