PP Buyers Adopt Wait-and-Watch Mode in Prospect of Further Price Declines – 5 Nov 2014

Demand for PP is yet to gain momentum as buyers are adopting a wait-and-watch mode in the prospect of further price cuts. Some buyers, with whom their purchasing plans were discussed with, said that they expected PP price to go down further in view of continuously declining Crude Oil prices. They thus preferred to procure the material on need-basis.
The price also has been going down in the South East Asian region as price of Propylene has been softening due to falling Crude Oil prices.
