Strong ABS demand prevails in India – 10 Nov 2014

Crumbling Crude Oil prices has shown adverse effect in the market this leads to the fall in the ABS price from a trading range of Rs159 to Rs155a kg. Price for the ABS material moving in the southward due to Styrene-the key feedstock for the respective variants has also downward trend in the key benchmark

Strong demand for ABS material persists in the major polymer market as end user are functioning actively especially automobile and appliance sector. A source in the Mumbai market commented on the ongoing market trend that sufficient amount of stocks are available in the market and traders are able to cater the demand.

Price of the Natural and Colour grade of ABS was quoted at Rs 155 and Rs 166 a k
