Rossari Biotech takes over Unitop Chemicals: It seems to have the appetite for it – 15 Jul 2021

Rossari Biotech Limited: has announced acquisition of Unitop Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. at a valuation of Rs. 421 crore.

Rossari is a speciality chemical manufacturer, with some 2000 products under its belt, while Unitop manufactures surfactants, emulsifiers and speciality chemicals, mainly catering to the agrochemicals, and oil and gas sectors

And it looks like Rossari has the appetite for it
