Project imports by India: China is the biggest seller by far – 12 Jul 2021

Despite curbs on Chinese imports, latest data (as of May, 2021) seems to suggest that the Chinese are by far the biggest supplier of project-related equipment.

In comparison, the US, for example, supplied less than 5% of what the Chinese did

And not just that China is also the biggest buyer of project equipment from India, though the trade is lopsided, with imports being 10 times larger than exports
