Polymer prices may follow reverse trend – 9 Feb 2015

International offers for India is assessed as high in the coming weeks due to slightly strong demand and stable international market. Most of the Producers have sold out their material in February and early March shipment at higher rates. Crude Oil and Naphtha prices are also going upward day by day.

On communication with different traders and end users. Indianptrochem has got information that End users are little bit active in purchasing due to stable of international market. Most of the grades of PP and PE is undergoing shortage. Because domestic producers are not releasing fresh material or releasing a very less quantity. Local Producers may increase their Ex-work prices of plastic raw material in the coming days.

 On 09 February 2015. price of the Film grade of PP, HDPE and LLDPE was reported at 100 Rs/kg,103 Rs/Kg and 96 rs/kg respectively in Delhi market.
