PVC market to go strong with the outset in demand – 13 Feb 2015

Demand for PVC material has started in the domestic market. which was going through tedious way. End users are now active in purchasing due to summer season has started. In southern region demand has come at strong level in comparison other but it is expected that rest of the will region pick up the same in end of February or early march. Domestic as well as imported offered prices have increased.

 End users have started building stocks for upcoming season. Indian's continent prices are also moving upward with each day passing. The same was reported to go up by $30-$40 per metric tonne from last month. Imported offer was also reported higher than previous month. Taiwan based producers have raised their offer to Indian by $50 per metric tonne for next month shipment and they have sold out their offer at initial level. Domestic producers have also raised their price by 3Rs/Kg-4Rs/Kg in last consecutive revision.

 On communication with different end users and traders, Indianptrochem assimilated that End users have started buying material, specifically the pipe industry. The same has started to manufacturer and built their stock for upcoming season. material are going under shortage as comparison to demand and it is expected that prices may further go up in coming day due to strong seasonal demand
