Paradip refinery has a long history of vessels waiting at berth

Currently there are three vessels on wait

Vessel wilting is more of a norm than an exception, despite excellent SPM based evacuation facilities off Paradip

Is there an offtake problem at the SPM prompted by bad weather or is there a frequent refinery offtake issue?

Or is the vessel movement department in IOC getting the schedules all wrong?
