IOCL pipeline-cum-SPM tender: L-4 bidder quoted double that of the L-1 bidder – 23 Jun 2021

There was an IOCL retender for the installation of a 43-inch pipeline along with two SPMs off the coast of Vadinar.

Here again, the difference between the L-1 contractor and the L-4, which was Sapura, was as much as double the L-1 amount

Sub contracts are going to be out once the LOI is handed over
