NRL and its canny MD S.K. Barua are likely to face a bigger scrutiny from OIL and EIL than it did from its earlier parent BPCL

The NRL takeover is giving some indigestion to OIL and EIL is waiting to get into the management seat so as to start asking questions that it had long kept to itself about the Rs 23,0000 crore refinery expansion which on a standalone basis is intrinsically unviable.
