There is a slowing down of crude cargo line-up

We notice a downward trend. There is better movement management unlike the earlier times but there is a slowing down nevertheless

The site will not be surprised if it comes below 7 MMTPA of line up

The slowing down will have to be tallied with run rates to look at exactly what is going on
