Led by EPC major Toyo, KBR as the consultant along with EIL, this politically sensitive project posted a pathetic progress rate. Someone needs to do some pulling up, ennui seems to have settled. And these are the best names in the business, at least the best brands. But I guess brands as good as the people who manage them. Please get an update on the latest contracting in this project.

It won't be long before other bosses in Delhi and UP start getting very upset, we hear from our fertilizer sources.
