Why is Shell's Hazira terminal still running dry? – 9 Feb 2021

Why is Shell's Hazira terminal running surprisingly dry when all other terminals are taking in normal cargo?

Is this because spot prices are still higher, or is there more to it than meets the eye?

JKM prices are setting down, and isn't it time that the terminal start reporting fresh cargoes?
