PFR report was prepared by in-house team and on the basis of which TOR was granted. Engineers India Limited (EIL) has been selected as the EIA consultant but due to COVID-19, there is no such progress in preparing the EIA report which also resulted in a delay for the project. The capital approval is still not granted by the board and it is expected by Q2:2021. RFQs for the PMC is expected after the grant of capital approval.
