GAIL is bringing in a direct cargo from Sabine Pass

Usually these cargoes are swapped but prices may be such now that direct imports are getting viable. Otherwise the transportation cost, plus high HH based terminal pricing and low import prices in India, make bringing a vessel all the way from India uneconomical.

Or it is possible that this one could not be swapped, could not be placed somewhere else, so is heading to India
