Vessel waiting: A sign of unplanned shutdown – 16 Dec 2020

While the Paradip refinery took a long time in sorting out its crude vessel line up problem, with a long vessel waiting time earlier as output adjusted to the lockdown, a line of waiting vessels is now noticed in Mumbai with BPCL's refinery there.
Vessel waiting is a sign of sudden refinery stoppage, mostly an unplanned shutdown.
