PM Narendra Modi has proposed three new petroleum projects for Bihar namely, the Durgapur-Banka section of the Paradip-Haldia-Durgapur Pipeline Augmentation Project and two LPG Bottling Plants commissioned by IndianOil and HPCL in Bihar.
