Major International producer has undertaken an emergency shutdown at its Methanol unit in Clear Lake, Texas – 31 Aug 2020

The company halted operations at the unit as a safety measure ahead of hurricane Laura on August 27th, 2020. The unit is likely to resume production by September 3, 2020.
